I'm Helen, a professional editor and proofreader, but also a writer. With 25 years experience of working as an English teacher, I swapped the classroom for the office and have been editing manuscripts, novels, short stories, screenplays and essays for the past 3 years.
I specialise in developmental editing because I love nothing more than to see how the faint whisper of an idea becomes a fully formed novel, ready to be enjoyed by a new generation of readers.
